About the TEAM
With a background in geophysics, I've always wanted to use seismic waveforms to produce music. AI tools have made this process much easier and more accessible, allowing me to experiment creatively with these waveforms. My knowledge of seismology, combined with my ability to use Ableton for music production, presented a unique opportunity to blend my skills and passion, and explore the boundary between arts and sciences.

About the HUMAN-AI PROCESS
The creation of this song began with the idea of merging science and art. I started by using resampled seismic waveforms as the foundation for my sound design. Using Synplant2, an AI-powered synthesizer, I generated unique sounds based on these seismic inputs. To achieve the desired sound, I further applied various audio effects, shaping and refining the outputs. While not every sound in the music originates from seismic signals, these waveforms played a crucial role in the overall composition.

Input Seismic Signals: Resampled seismic signals are used as input.
AI Sound Recovery: AI recovers and enhances these signals.
Sound Design: Playing with waveform and adding different effects.
Building Rhythm and Melody: Adding rhythm and melody to the designed sounds.
Harmonic and Production Elements: Incorporating harmony and refining production elements.
Feedback Loop: Iteratively refining each component based on feedback.
