The winning entry took inspiration from Daisy Bell, composed by Harry Dacre in 1892, which was the first song to be sung by a computer in 1961.
Grand Final
Winner
M.O.G.I.I.7.E.D. (United States) is composed by the music researchers, producers and singers Jon Gillick, Max Savage, Matt Sims and Brodie Jenkins. The team reflected in Listen to Your Body Choir the role of AI both as a tool, as a collaborator, and potentially as an “artist” with its own creative agency. It was an organic synthesis between human and AI, which can be played around the campfire.
